Quality Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, and finished products for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve processes, efficiency, and safety.
• Investigate production issues and develop effective corrective actions.
• Review technical codes, specifications, and documentation to maintain quality excellence.

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management abilities and attention to detail.
• A degree or quality certification is preferred but not required - we value experience and initiative!
