Join Our Team as an Administrative Clerk with Staffmark!

Are you ready to take your logistics and coordination skills to the next level? Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Clerk for a leading transportation and supply chain company in the Lacey, WA area! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly - tracking shipments, supporting drivers, and ensuring every detail in the supply chain is executed with precision.

Schedule: Flexible shifts based on operational needs - 12-hour day or night shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM), working either the front half (Sunday-Wednesday) or back half (Wednesday-Saturday) of the week on a 4 days on / 3 days off rotating schedule.

Pay: $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Track and maintain load and driver activity using advanced logistics systems.
  • Audit driver logs, trip reports, and ensure DOT compliance.
  • Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues quickly.
  • Dispatch drivers, manage bill of ladings, and handle shipment documentation.
  • Maintain organized records, update route books, and support the daily logistics workflow.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including reporting, data entry, and customer communication.
  • Collaborate with management and safety teams to support operational excellence.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
  • 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive, organized, and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts based on operational needs.
