C Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead Process Engineer to lead enterprise-level workflow redesign and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. The position is classified as onsite/hybrid.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for directing the analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex, paper-based workflows to enhance organizational performance and compliance. The Lead Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and sustainable processes that align with business goals, regulatory standards, and user requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of systems engineering and process improvement methodologies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead End-to-End Process Redesign Initiatives: Direct the analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and end-user needs.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison among business units, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to promote shared understanding, resolve barriers, and drive consensus on process improvements.
Ensure Quality, Risk Mitigation, and Compliance: Identify process risks and inefficiencies, prioritize corrective actions, and ensure redesigned workflows comply with data governance, security, and accessibility standards.
Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery of process documentation, workflow designs, implementation plans, and supporting training materials.
Promote Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance digital transformation and recommend best practices for sustainable improvement.
Support Change Management Efforts: Partner with leadership to guide change adoption strategies, ensuring smooth transition to new digital systems and workflows.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering or business process redesign.
Proven experience transitioning processes from paper-based systems to digital platforms.
Demonstrated collaboration with IT departments on process automation or digital transformation projects.
Experience designing systems that consider union collective bargaining agreements and labor relations sensitivities.
Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
