C Technologies, Inc. seeks Process Engineers to analyze, design, and implement optimized digital workflows that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. The position is classified as onsite/hybrid.


POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible for conducting comprehensive process analyses and developing digital workflow solutions that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support organizational transformation. The Process Engineers will collaborate with business units, IT teams, and end users to design and implement user-centered process improvements that align with strategic goals, technical requirements, and compliance standards.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conduct Detailed Process Analysis: Map and assess current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digitization and automation.



  • Design Future-State Digital Workflows: Develop optimized, user-centered digital processes using tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, or ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.



  • Support Change Management Activities: Collaborate with the change management lead to engage stakeholders, support training material development, and assist in user onboarding and adoption efforts.



  • Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders: Partner with IT teams, business units, and end users to validate requirements, test workflow solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.



  • Ensure Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement: Verify that new workflows adhere to data governance, security, and accessibility standards; participate in post-implementation evaluations to identify opportunities for refinement.



  • Document and Communicate Findings: Prepare process documentation, reports, and presentations to share insights, solutions, and results with project teams and leadership.




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field.



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or automation.



  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.



  • Experience using digital tools and platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Power Automate.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.



  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
