C Technologies, Inc. seeks Evaluation Specialists to design, implement, and analyze training evaluation strategies that measure learning effectiveness, transfer, and organizational impact. The position is classified as onsite/hybrid.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of training programs. The Evaluation Specialists will apply data-driven methodologies to measure learning outcomes, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. This role works closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and project teams to ensure evaluation processes inform both strategic and operational decision-making.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Evaluation Strategies: Develop comprehensive evaluation plans and tools to assess training program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact on learner performance.
Analyze and Interpret Evaluation Data: Use statistical and thematic analysis methods to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in learning delivery and outcomes.
Support Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with instructional design and project teams to refine training content and delivery strategies based on evaluation results and learner feedback.
Develop Evaluation Instruments: Create surveys, assessments, focus group guides, and data collection tools aligned with established evaluation models.
Report Findings: Synthesize and communicate evaluation findings through written reports and presentations, offering evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality while adhering to ethical research and evaluation standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training evaluation or program analysis.
Experience evaluating technical training programs, with preference for transit or transportation sectors.
Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model, Philips ROI Model, Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model, and other established frameworks for measuring training impact.
Proficiency with survey platforms and data analysis tools and methods.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using SPSS, R, or Python for statistical analysis.
Familiarity with advanced evaluation frameworks such as the Philips ROI Model, Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model, TPACK, or SAMR.
