Clear Lake Distribution Center Trainer Role Expectations Core Values and Conduct (ICARE)

Quality Expectations

Specific Trainer Responsibilities
  • Effective use of systems, including email, AS400, Access Databases, and RF units
  • Facilitate necessary personnel movement based on operational needs
  • Maintain strong communication with other leads and employees
  • Make timely and effective decisions aligned with organizational goals
  • Address issues immediately rather than avoiding them
  • Reinforce the leadership team's mission and objectives on the floor
  • Manage the area of responsibility to meet overtime percentage objectives
  • Active participation in all meetings (shift start, leads, department, and All Employee Meetings)

Schedule and Shift Details
  • Sunday: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (or until shift completion)Monday-Thursday: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM (or until shift completion)
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of related experience
  • Certifications: MHE (Material Handling Equipment) certified
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Athe S-400 system
  • Attendance: Good attendance record (below Written warning corrective action level)
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (weight varies based on product)

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
