We are seeking a Hybrid full time, 40- hour Administrative Assistant to support the practice Monday through Friday 8:00am- 4: 30pm.The Hybrid schedule will be implemented following the completion of training on-site.
This role will be responsible for calendar/meeting management, event coordination, file management and project management to support the Chair of Orthopedics as well as 2 of our non-operative physicians. This position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
Our administrative assistant team currently has 2 members, and we are looking for one more to complete the team!
This practice also offers the ability to take on special projects that align with the individual employee's interests/goals!

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No

Experience

administrative Assistant or Secretarial Experience 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Basic understanding of office procedures including filing, copying, scanning, printing and faxing.

Basic Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to use phone system.

Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills.

Ability to use standard office equipment.
