You will be responsible for driving profitable growth for our platform offerings. You will understand and leverage complex systems to create seamless access to geospatial content. You will build mission-centric applications leveraging satellite imagery, 3D data, vectors, and advanced analytics. The Platform product team also serves as owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Vantor. These are the essential building blocks for secure and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every type of customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate product strategy based on market analysis, customer needs, and business objectives.

  • Engage and understand customer needs through a variety of methods and techniques to inform a comprehensive product roadmap

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.

  • Support sales and business development team members in showcasing our products to current and prospective customers

  • Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of your offerings

  • Partner with go-to-market and marketing in developing product positioning, messaging, and account-specific campaigns

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles

  • Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners

  • Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

  • Experience building 3D user experiences preferred

  • Defense and intelligence experience preferred

  • Technology, platform, and/or geospatial experience preferred

  • MBA a plus

Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

* The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $131,000.00 - $219,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
