THE ROLE:

Our site in Colorado Springs, Arrowswest, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team.

The Quality Inspector I is responsible for completing daily operations of the Quality Inspector group, ensuring timely measurements of production parts.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 3PM-11:30P MONDAY-FRIDAY

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate measurement tools in ISO 7 cleanroom environments
• Navigate SAP, MES and camline to complete daily tasks
• Complete Long-Term Stability (LTS) across multiple equipment
• Identify aesthetic defects on production parts
• Run automated measuring systems (AMS), such as CMM, Nikon and Flash tools
• Clean and upkeep measurement machines
• Retrieve and understand data from blueprints/engineering drawings
• Complete reaction flowcharts
• Generate QNs and tag discrepant product
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor
• Consistently display our PACE values, creating a positive and collaborative environment
• Other duties as assigned in support of meeting business goals and objectives

WHAT WE SEEK:

• High school diploma or equivalentREQUIRED
• 1-3 Years of Quality Experience
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Experience with measuring tools, CMM etc.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take initiative

• Compensation: $19-$22 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
• Shift Differential of $1.50 hour.
