The Domain Architect will be responsible for designing the savings plans for the radio network, keeping the network performance within multi-vendor environments, and ensuring KPI excellence across 4G and 5G networks. The role involves deep RAN domain expertise, data analysis, and end-to-end performance evaluation to enable automation and continuous improvement in energy efficiency and network optimization.


  • Design and implement energy-saving strategies for multi-vendor radio networks.
  • Analyze and optimize RAN parameters for 4G and 5G networks to enhance KPI performance.
  • Extract, process, and analyze data from OSS systems and third-party tools for effective savings configuration.
  • Conduct thorough RAN parameter audits across various network vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung, ZTE).
  • Monitor daily and weekly network performance, identifying trends and troubleshooting KPI deviations.
  • Utilize Linux command-line tools and basic Kubernetes commands for system monitoring and data handling.
  • Maintain and optimize IP database to ensure seamless end-to-end network connectivity.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in Radio Network Optimization and Performance (NPO)
  • Good Knowledge of 4G/5G KPIs, RAN parameters, and energy-saving features
  • Experience with OSS systems (NetAct, ENM, U2000) and data extraction/analysis tools (MyCom, MapInfo)
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environment with networking and scripting familiarity

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in Nokia AVA EE
  • Exposure to automation workflows using Kubernetes or containerized environments
  • Experience with data analytics or visualization tools for KPI trend analysis
