Overview This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Requires the ability to travel, as needed, to our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA. Hybrid and onsite options may also be available depending on location. Accountable to organize, plan, develop and direct commercial loan operations resulting in a scalable operation that creates, supports and implements the organizational strategy. Operational management is inclusive of the end-to-end processes associated with commercial loan servicing, encompassing all processes, such as those associated with loan document preparation, document generation, loan funding, account maintenance, line of credit reaffirmations, cashiering, construction administration, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include assessing operational and compliance risk and then designing and implementing streamlined processes and automated controls to mitigate the risk within a scalable operation that adds value to our stakeholders. Possess a comprehensive understanding of complex entity structures and specialty loan products to include but not limited to syndications and participations. Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify needs, support initiatives, and enhance operational infrastructure, ensuring the organization is prepared for commercial banking and organizational growth. Responsibilities
Accountable for assessment, development, and implementation of operational design and strategies to support both the commercial banking strategy and the organizational strategy, within an efficient and scalable model that delivers quality service to the customer. Establish and execute on operational strategies that will automate and streamline processes for operational efficiency that demonstrates continuous improvement. This includes the establishment and delivery of key performance indicators ("KPI") and Key Risk Indicators ("KRI"), for peak performance in alignment with peers. Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business or concentration that aligns with overall responsibilities. (Required) Experience12 or more years Commercial loan operations or lending and Commercial servicing management, including demonstrated proficiency in leading teams. Pay Transparency To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $160,200.00 - $267,100.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
