Location: Remote PositionPay Range: $92,206.40 - $191,505.60 Position SummaryThe Manager of Corporate FP&A will work closely with the Director of FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and key strategic finance initiatives. This role will have an emphasis on transactional reporting, business analytics, special finance projects, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, excellent business analytics skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. Key Performance AreasKPA #1: Financial Planning & Analysis * * Partner with the Director of FP&A to prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. * Prepare monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual reports, highlighting key variances and business drivers. * Assist in developing and maintaining the long-range plan (LRP) model, linking operating KPIs to value drivers and shareholder returns. * Build, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models supporting corporate, operational, and strategic decisions. KPA #2: Decision Support * * Design and implement management dashboards that surface insights in real time and reduce manual reporting. Leverage internal data structures to further build upon rate and volume reporting across practices. * Partner with the Enterprise reporting team to leverage the company's drug margin reporting and practice staffing metrics, and with driving actionable results. * Partner with the Chief Growth and Performance Officer to understand and monitor the company's "4 wall analysis" and report on practice optimization opportunities. * Monitor and track managed care rates across the platform, including underlying changes, that could increase or decrease practice revenues KPA #3: Strategic Finance & Special Projects * Assist in complex and important projects prioritized by the CEO and CFO, owning ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional projects that drive long-term value creation (e.g., margin expansion, new-market entry, capital-allocation scenarios).
