Warehouse Associate -Delivery Driver

SMS is looking for a responsible Warehouse Associate / Driver to help pickup and transport equipment, using a box truck, as well as track assets. Qualified candidates must have an excellent driving record and experience with driving larger vehicles.

Pickup and transport equipment using a box truck/van
• Tracking all work and assets being processed
• Manage, maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking the lifecycle via a CMDB such as Remedy
• Assist with warehouse responsibilies as needed

• Requires 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with hardware asset management functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office, & MS Teams).
• Must be committed to customer service, well organized, able to plan and prioritize assignments, and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to communicate effectively. both verbally and in writing
• Must be courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers
• Demonstrate a solid ability to identify and solve problems, and be able to work successfully in a team environment.
• Able to obtain a DOT certification & have valid Driver's License (Real ID) - DOT certification will be sponsored.
• Must be able to drive and park up to a 26ft box truck
• Knowledge and ability to use a manual pallet jack
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
