HDR seeks a qualified individual to be a part of our growing Northern California program. The successful candidate for this position will be involved in providing our client support with coordinating and facilitating the Advance Mitigation Program.

In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of data collection interpretation analysis and presentation

  • Strong skills with conceptual organization problem solving and research abilities, prioritization and communication

  • Comfortable with public speaking and meeting facilitation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $27.32 - $47.90 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
