Responsibilities
Heritage Oaks Hospital is a freestanding, 125-bed acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving the greater Sacramento area. We provide treatment to teens, adults and seniors living with mental health challenges. We are currently looking for someone to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be supporting the CEO and the CFO, performing essential clerical duties, attending and facilitating departmental and clinical meetings, maintaining files, managing contracts and communicating important messages on behalf of the executive team. Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8 AM - 4:30 PM Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience: At least three (3) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting. Additional Requirements: Must be able to type at least 60 w.p.m.; knowledge of medical terminology, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs; shorthand experience desired.
