Position Overview:
The Associate plays a key role on Partners In Health's (PIH) Private Sector Partnerships (PrSP) team, which leads engagement with foundation and corporate partners. Supporting both PrSP and the broader Institutional Funding and Partnerships (IFP) team, the Associate is responsible for coordinating administrative systems; developing high-quality proposals, reports, and stewardship materials; managing grant and partnership processes; leading data management efforts; and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Private Sector Partnerships, the Associate will work in close partnership with stakeholders across the organization and the larger team to support IFP team goals and PIH's mission.
Specific Responsibilities
Proposal Development & Donor Engagement(40%)
  • Support proposal and stewardship efforts in collaboration with cross-site teams, including development of donor engagement emails, briefings, pitch decks, concept notes, proposals, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for at least one care-delivery site.
  • Respond to data and research requests from site-based colleagues, providing Salesforce summaries and prospect information.
  • Coordinatethe processing of grantandpartnershipagreements and gifts. In coordination with relationship managers, draftemails and othercorrespondencewhen necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate IFP-focused donor events.
DataManagement and Systems Improvement(35%)
  • Oversee data integrity for IFP's donor and partner records within Constituent Relationship Management (CRM - Salesforce) system and other internal systems, including leading data quality audits and improvements.
  • Serve as lead troubleshooter for Salesforce-related issues; coordinate with the CRM team on training, protocol and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team and other stakeholders to build and refine Salesforce reports and dashboards, including integration with Power BI tools.
  • Create and manage PrSP revenue reports and other team performance metrics in partnership with IFP leaders, Development Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Support ongoing improvements to IFP and PrSP administrative systems; lead implementation of system enhancement.
Team Operations and Cross-Team Coordination (25%)
  • Provide strategic administrative support for the PrSP and IFP Managing Director.
  • Represent the team in regular cross-team meetings (e.g., CRM, Prospect Management and Research, Donor Engagement).
  • Coordinate complex logistics for donor meetings, site visits, conferences, and other external facing events.
  • Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned to support the overall functioning of the PrSP team.
  • Provide targeted support for organization-wide projects led by the Managing Director for IFP.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degreeandat least three years' related experience required, oranequivalent combination of education and work/lived experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish priorities.
  • Demonstrated abilityto handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staffacross departments and countries.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills and the ability to communicate well within the team and across stakeholders.Experience with research a plus.
  • Strong computer skills. Excellent skills in the functional use of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay and Benefits
The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $55,000-$65,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $50,000 and $70,000/year.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
