Position Overview: The Associate plays a key role on Partners In Health's (PIH) Private Sector Partnerships (PrSP) team, which leads engagement with foundation and corporate partners. Supporting both PrSP and the broader Institutional Funding and Partnerships (IFP) team, the Associate is responsible for coordinating administrative systems; developing high-quality proposals, reports, and stewardship materials; managing grant and partnership processes; leading data management efforts; and ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Reporting to the Associate Director of Private Sector Partnerships, the Associate will work in close partnership with stakeholders across the organization and the larger team to support IFP team goals and PIH's mission. Pay and Benefits The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $55,000-$65,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $50,000 and $70,000/year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
