Job Summary
Purpose: Delivering key improvements through comprehensive data analysis and extraction, business intelligence software application, timely reporting services, performance metrics, and key informational scorecard/dashboard views.

Professional, useful, and understandable reports and graphics. Collaborative work relationships that focus on improved pipeline safety and system reliability as well as organizational acceptance.
Essential Functions
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders related to performance and support. Maintenance of service-focused working relationships with Operations partners. Provide analytical support of leakage data to Compliance for QA/QC processes. Develop and produce useful reports and analysis through assimilation of data from multiple sources/databases. Assist in creation of annual reports for State and Federal regulatory agencies. Support the development of new work processes. Validate the accuracy of calculated DIMP risk model scores by verifying that input data was entered correctly Validate the accuracy of DIMP risk model results by reviewing scores with Subject Matter Experts and soliciting knowledge and additional data for increased accuracy of scores Provide assistance for annual DIMP meetings. Coordinate with other members of the department and outside departments to validate the effectiveness of data gathering and the quality of data reliability. Deliver analytical support to gas distribution teams leading to key program insights that identify performance and process improvement opportunities. Develop, implement, and maintain timely and useful performance scorecards and management dashboards. Partner with Asset Risk Management and Asset Knowledge Management teams to support the advancement and improvement of risk analysis models. Develop and utilize databases and spreadsheets to track key Integrity Management metrics. Assist in the delivery of end-user training and training materials. Participate in State and Federal regulatory audits, inquiries and responses as needed.
Required Qualifications For Position
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 4 Years of relevant experience Experience with design and creation of reports and analytical tools. Medium Proven ability to work across departments collaboratively to resolve issues, drive issues to closure, achieve desired results/goals, and/or implement changes as needed. Medium Excellent oral, written, presentation and listening communication skills. Medium Experience with design and creation of reports and analytical tools Medium Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Medium Demonstrated ability to deliver results and achieve goals. Medium Demonstrated PC skills and software knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office) Medium Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel Medium Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills Medium Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Medium Strong organizational and planning skills Medium Demonstrated knowledge of risk modeling Medium

Salary Range*: $67,900.00 - $101,900.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity. Posting Start Date: 2025-10-21
