SC Bronchoscopy Coordinator

Summary:

Coordinate scheduling of patients, physicians, staff, equipment, and site/space for flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy procedure. Complete all necessary paperwork and orders in a timely fashion for bronchoscopy procedures. Participates actively in all phases of the procedure.

Education:

• Associate degree of Nursing required, BSN preferred.

• Excellent IV skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Preferred Experience: pediatric, pulmonary, and critical care.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current RN permit or license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.

• Current BLS.

• PALS certification preferred.
