Job Title: Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) - EngineeringWork Schedule: Hybrid - Buffalo, NYMoog's Industrial Group is seeking a visionary and collaborative leader to serve as the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) - Engineering. You will be responsible for driving the global standardization, optimization, and governance of engineering processes and master data across the Industrial Group. You will play a critical role in enabling business excellence through integrated digital platforms including ERP, CRM, and PLM. As the Product Owner for PLM within Moog's Digital and Industrial Group Centers of Excellence (ECoE), you will lead the development and deployment of harmonized engineering process blueprints, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, and product management to reduce complexity, eliminate duplication, and improve productivity. The base pay range for this opportunity is $USD120,000 - $USD170,000 per year, or equivalent benchmark in Europe. LI-MB Salary Range Transparency: Buffalo, NY $120,000.00-$170,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
