We are seeking an Aon US IT Leader, Data Architect!

What the day will look like.

  • Lead, mentor, and hire a best-in-class software development team.
  • Design, implement, and deploy highly distributed, large-scale services.
  • Lead complex, multi-team, multi-functional projects.
  • Participate actively in hiring and career development within and outside the team.
  • Play a vital part in business planning, collaborating with senior leaders to develop business targets and resource needs.
  • Define long-term technical and business strategies and goals.
  • Demonstrate creativity and sound judgment consistently.
  • Understand the broader business context behind decision-making across groups.
  • Stay updated on industry and technology trends.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • Experience in working with business leadership, collaborators and relationship building
  • Experience in running multi track large scale deployment or implementation program for 7+ years
  • Experience in leading Cloud based integrations; data and analytics or ERP implementation teams for 10+ years
  • Experience in integrating or building solutions or products on any Cloud service provider for 7 or more years
  • Proficient knowledge of financial indicators, project metrics, and the business planning process
  • Solid understanding of Gen Al and Knowledge of Al/ML Architecture

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $175k to $190k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
