As a VFX Specialist, you will be instrumental in elevating visual content and rigorously assessing the quality of AI-generated imagery. **What You'll Do:**

* **Pioneer Visual Effects & Motion Graphics:**

* Design and execute high-quality visual effects, seamless transitions, and captivating motion graphics.

* Enhance diverse video content through expert application of overlays, animated elements, and sophisticated compositing techniques.

* Craft engaging animated titles, lower thirds, informative infographics, and dynamic visual assets.

* Apply meticulous color correction and visual enhancements to uphold and exceed project standards.

* Develop and manage reusable templates and project assets to optimize workflow efficiency.

* **Drive AI Model Evaluation & Image Curation:**

* Critically review and curate extensive image datasets, ensuring their quality, stylistic consistency, and accuracy.

* Evaluate AI-generated visuals for realism, internal consistency, and precise alignment with original prompts.

* Conduct comprehensive model performance assessments utilizing established benchmarks and specific visual tasks.

* Collaborate actively on annotation guidelines and provide crucial feedback to continuously improve model outputs.

* Participate in internal testing to simulate real-world applications and identify areas for refinement.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard visual effects software.

* Strong familiarity with leading video editing and graphic design applications.

* Profound understanding of animation principles, advanced compositing, and precise keyframing techniques.

* Demonstrated experience in evaluating image realism, with a proven ability to identify visual inconsistencies in AI-generated content.

* A solid background in visual arts, graphic design, film, or a closely related creative discipline.
