Software QA Engineer II We are looking for Software QA Engineer II to join our Engineering QA team Tacoma, WA, Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA, reporting to the senior manager of Software Engineering. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge technology for DNS security products, exposure to Kubernetes & Cloud technologies, and be involved in functional QA, QA automation and test framework enhancement. Be Successful - Your Path First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals. Six months: Understand our product and the end-to-end application flow, collaborate with different teams to provide the required production support, deliver the business requirements, and bring stability to the application and understand our automation framework and contribute to improving it. One year: Focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of defects, proactively address some of the issues in application with Automation or Re-use, which in turn would take care of re-occurring defects and will give you additional bandwidth to focus on more development activities and register for training and certifications which would help you address application needs and benefit your career growth.
