Our client is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join their team in Kids Games!

This is a full-time, 40 hours/week, assignment for appx. 8 months and will require to be onsite in Los Angeles Tues-Thurs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop clear, differentiated brand positioning and messaging frameworks for Kids Games titles that engage both kids and their families.

- Conduct competitive and cultural landscape analyses across kids gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle categories to identify white space and new growth opportunities.

- Translate audience insights and behavioral research into actionable brand strategies that inform creative direction, product storytelling, and go-to-market planning.

- Partner closely with Creative Directors, Product, and Studio teams to ensure brand strategy elevates every player touchpoint, from concept to launch.

- Craft inspiring strategic briefs that empower creative teams to deliver ideas rooted in empathy, imagination, and family connection.

- Define the unique value proposition for each title and the overall Kids Games portfolio, ensuring a cohesive narrative across experiences.

- Establish brand guardrails and audience guidelines that reflect developmental stages, play patterns, and family engagement behaviors.

- Present clear, compelling brand strategies and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leaders, building alignment and excitement.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing within kids-focused industries (gaming, entertainment, toys, or consumer products).

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, strategy, or related fields.

- Proven success developing and launching brands that authentically connect with kids (ages 2-12) and their families.

- Deep understanding of child development, play psychology, and family engagement in digital and entertainment contexts.

- Knowledge of gaming landscapes, particularly mobile and casual play environments.

- Experience working across global markets with sensitivity to cultural nuances in kids entertainment.

- Familiarity with franchise or IP brand building and the ability to balance creative storytelling with commercial goals.

The pay for this W-2 position is $100 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
