AI/ML Engineer
We are looking for a driven and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help build next-generation customer service platforms. This role is at the heart of our strategy to transform customer interactions into actionable business intelligence using cutting-edge machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). You will work with a modern data stack, leveraging AWS for scalable data ingestion and processing, and Databricks for advanced analytics and model development. General Duties Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Design and implement scalable data pipelines on AWS to ingest, process, and transcribe audio call recordings using services like Amazon Transcribe, Lambda, and S3. * Structure and manage large-scale datasets within Databricks, leveraging Delta Lake for reliability, performance, and data quality. * Develop, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models for core NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, automated call summarization, and speaker diarization. * Establish and manage a robust MLOps framework using tools like MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, automated retraining, and CI/CD for machine learning. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to create interactive dashboards and reports using Databricks SQL or connected BI tools like PowerBI to visualize call analytics, KPIs, and trends. * Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art techniques to improve model accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and the depth of insights generated. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role. * Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant ML/NLP libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow). * Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, Transcribe, SageMaker). * Demonstrated experience with big data technologies and distributed computing, specifically using Databricks. * Solid understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex, unstructured data. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with MLOps frameworks like MLflow or Kubeflow. * Experience processing audio data and working with speech-to-text APIs. * Experience building data visualizations or dashboards for business users.
