Overview
Establishes, interprets and analyzes complex accounting, including Statutory, GAAP, and Tax accounting. Applies project management skills to process improvement and workflow design. Can independently prepare the Audited Statutory Reports and the Quarterly Statutory Reporting. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Coordinates training of incoming staff. Investigates and responds to inquiries from interested parties (DOI/Auditors). Prepares audit work papers, audited financial statements, and serves as a point of contact for external auditors. Leads business process redesign activities related to the implementation of new products and or system enhancements. Prepares and analyzes financial statements, financial filings and verifies the accuracy of ledger account reconciliations. Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules; Files all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $24.28per hour - $40.55per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
