Overview
The Strategic Planning Coord II is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic planning process through market analysis, service line strategic planning initiatives and the development of business plans. Collaborates with physicians, executives, and service line leaders in the identification and development of new and/or expanded services. Conducts internal and external assessments, prepares business/strategic plans, and manages regulatory activities in conjunction with service line leaders and project sponsors. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Bachelor's Degree: Business Management; Bachelor's Degree: Related Field, Work Experience: Related field Responsibilities Facilitates the development and writing of business plans and has an analytical understanding of all aspects of market assessment, pro forma development, implementation planning, and evaluation of business ventures. Gathers data and develops assumptions for financial pro formas to support the business planning process. Coordinates efforts to incorporate market assessments and recommendations into the development of business plans. Coordinates the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data for the business planning process. Updates and monitors status of business development initiatives ensuring projects remain in alignment with the organization's mission/vision, strategic plan, and goals during and after implementation. Develops and prepares market and competitor assessments for new planning opportunities and makes recommendations as appropriate. Continuously identifies and communicates areas of opportunity to enhance the overall strategy and business planning process; ensuring that projects are being evaluated appropriately and efficiently, implemented accurately, and that expectations are met. Evaluates new and enhanced business opportunities and ensures alignment with the organization's mission/vision, strategic plan, and goals. Coordinates efforts to routinely obtain regional intelligence from various sources; including Regional Outreach Services, Regional Network Development, online sources, etc. Facilitates strategic planning with service line leaders in order to develop service line level initiatives. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $33.72per hour - $58per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
