Position Description: Serve as the primary administrator for the Power Platform environment (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.), implementing and maintaining governance policies, auditing usage, and providing targeted support to makers. Administer and maintain solutions (Apps & Flows) developed by the M365 team, ensuring compliance with established standards and operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Implement, monitor, and enforce Power Platform governance policies and procedures as drafted by the organization.
Administer the Power Platform environment, including licensing, security roles, data policies, and compliance controls.
Provide Tier II support to makers and end users, escalating complex issues as needed.
Audit usage of Power Platform components, analyze trends, and report findings to leadership.
Maintain documentation of environment changes, governance updates, and audit results.
Develop and maintain self-service resources (Knowledge Base Articles, FAQs, help sites) for Power Platform users.
Deliver limited training and guidance to makers, focusing on governance, best practices, and solution lifecycle management.
Administer, monitor, and maintain Apps & Flows developed by the M365 team, ensuring operational health and compliance.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate with the M365 team to support solution deployment, updates, and incident management.
Work closely with the IS M365 Administrator Analyst HQ and other IS teams to align Power Platform administration with broader M365 and enterprise application strategies.
Participate in projects related to new solution implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
Recommend enhancements to governance, support processes, and solution administration based on audit findings and user feedback.
Perform other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field and minimum of 3 year of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Basic understanding of cloud solutions.
    General knowledge of application lifecycle processes, especially related to the Power Platform.
    Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
    Basic understanding of HTML, JSON, JavaScript, or similar.
    Basic understanding of data modeling, pattern recognition, or root cause analysis.
    Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
    Self-starter, able to effectively operate in a multi-tasking environment and uses an effective thought process\methodology to determine priorities, set goals and create a plan for completing a project\task.
    Possess strong interpersonal, troubleshooting and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a professional and effective manner.
    Approachable and customer service-oriented with proactive and professional attitude to interact with employees across organizational levels
    Ability to apply active listening skills to understand user requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or solutions.
    Quick learner to adopt process and technology enhancements and foster curiosity for ongoing learning and application
    Ability to conduct research to provide appropriate recommendations or solutions
    Ability to work calmly under pressure, follow tasks through to completion and with quality, and adhere to deadlines
    Limited travel.
