About this opportunity:
We are now looking for an **Enterprise Management System (EGMS) Compliance Manager** to ensure that Ericsson's selected enterprise business are fully supported by the EGMS framework in a way that reflects their unique realities, needs, and strategic priorities. This role requires a deep understanding of EGMS and its application, alongside the ability to identify and implement necessary variations to meet identified enterprise requirements while aligning with corporate standards. You will partner closely with stakeholders to evaluate when adaptations are essential and when existing corporate requirements can be directly adhered to, enabling identified enterprise operations to achieve their business targets.
This position also plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-specific standalone certifications and guiding transitions towards corporate certifications or own management systems, as agreed. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your strategic mindset, consultative skills, and ability to communicate complex requirements clearly across a wide range of audiences.
What you will do
- Understand business needs and realities of the selected enterprise business and be able to translate them into the different components of a management system.
- Support the selected enterprise business in evaluating the best alternatives for developing own management system, or adapting/introducing variations to EGMS.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of the EGMS framework to ensure effective integration of Ericsson corporate requirements within the enterprise business, with variations where necessary.
- Work with stakeholders to assess the applicability of corporate standards and define tailored compliance approaches towards internal standards and external regulatory requirements, for enterprise business operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in EGMS, quality and compliance management, ensuring strategic alignment between compliance practices and enterprise business goals.
- Support and coordinate external and internal audits and assessments for both standalone and corporate certifications for enterprise business.
- Guide enterprise operations through transitions to corporate management systems while safeguarding operational continuity and internal and external compliance.
- Provide expert consultation to leadership and operational teams on compliance and quality management, and process improvements.
- Facilitate management reviews sessions, and audits and assessments exercises to ensure they deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement.
- Foster knowledgesharing and collaboration across functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- **Minimum 4-5 years' experience** in compliance, ideally in a multicultural, matrix organization with significant complexity.
- Deep knowledge of EGMS, its application, and related compliance frameworks in enterprise settings.
- Certified Auditor in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 27001 (Information Security) standards, plus willingness to expand knowledge in these areas.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate compliance and quality standards into businessenabling practices.
- Highlevel communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Proven consultancy skills and the ability to evaluate complex situations and provide sound judgments that balance compliance management and business objectives.
- Strong problemsolving, organizational, and leadership skills, especially in dynamic, evolving environments.
- Ability to collaborate across crossfunctional and crosscountry teams, influencing without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
