Responsibilities

Summary

Under general supervision, the ERP/BI Analyst works independently, exercising initiative and judgment in performing a broad range of ERP and business intelligence responsibilities. This role combines functional ERP understanding with data analysis and reporting capabilities to help business teams optimize processes, make data-driven decisions, and support continuous improvement.

The position requires a solid technical and analytical foundation, but not deep ERP expertise - team members will receive hands-on training to learn company-specific processes and system configurations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand and promote the strategic direction of the Company and Business Unit, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Provide functional and technical support for ERP and BI platforms, including configuration, data integrity, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into system or reporting solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights across operations, supply chain, and finance functions.
  • Collaborate with users and leadership to define KPIs, reporting metrics, and visualization needs to support decision-making.
  • Assist in data integration between ERP and BI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and availability across platforms.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of small to medium-sized ERP or BI projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • Pursue continuous learning in ERP systems, data visualization, and analytics tools; apply that knowledge to improve reporting and process efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using data analysis and share findings with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, ASAT, change management, and data governance requirements.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Travel Requirement: This position requires quarterly travel to company sites for project or business support activities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting, including development of dashboards, visualizations, or SQL-based reports.
  • SQL proficiency and database familiarity required; ability to create, join, and manipulate datasets for reporting and analysis.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a support, analyst, or functional role. In-depth ERP expertise is not required; training will be provided to develop deeper knowledge of company-specific processes and systems.
  • Project management experience in small to midrange initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and maintain positive working relationships with diverse teams.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

PAY

$95,000 - $140,000 annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
