Title: Motorsports Team Coordinator Department: Engineering Campus: Hardin Valley Closing Date: Open Until Filled Type of Appointment: Temporary Part-time Pay Rate: $19.34 per hour Work Hours: 30 hours per week Position Summary: The Motorsports Team Coordinator will oversee the operations of our student-led Formula SAE (FSAE) team. This individual will act as the primary administrative authority for the team, maintain regular communication with student leaders, monitor progress, and ensure the team stays on schedule. Rather than providing hands-on technical design or fabrication, the Team Coordinator will assist with logistics, planning, and administrative tasks while providing guidance when needed. The ideal candidate fosters student accountability while guiding the team through the complexities of a large-scale technical project. One of the main goals of this role is to help maintain long-term sustainability for the team, so future students can continue to be involved and benefit from the experience.
