  • Make an Impact! You will manage the operations of the site-specific Behavioral Health Clinicians and Certified Recovery Specialists both functionally and administratively. You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to be accountable for the responsibilities of Behavioral Health services for the acute care hospitals. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between the Behavioral Health Department and other departments/members who encompass the multidisciplinary team across the 4 acute care hospitals.

Position: Division Manager, Acute Care Behavioral Health
Shift: Full-Time, 40-hours a week, Day shift.

Experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years direct medical behavioral health experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years direct supervision experience.

3. Ability to orient, motivate, train and act as resource person for the team by utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills acquired through education and/or experience.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Social Work, Masters.

Licensures/Certifications:
License required (LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LPC, Licensed Professional counselor)
