Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for solving technical challenges in dynamic environments? We're seeking a skilled *IT Field Support Technician* to support our warehouse operations in *Columbia, SC*. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing hardware and software systems that keep our logistics running smoothly. *Pay Range:* $20-$24/hour *Location:* On-site - Columbia, SC *Environment:* Fast-paced warehouse setting *If you thrive in a role where no two days are the same and enjoy working independently while supporting a team, we'd love to hear from you!* *Description* * Provides desktop support, helpdesk support and other troubleshooting for the Rebar facility along for a few other remote locations (no travel) * Ensures quality and consistency with the IT Ticketing System - Service Now * Provides Asset Management through Service Now * Assists other IT teams (Active Directory, Exchange, Server, Storage, Networking, etc.) to ensure customer requests are being met in a timely manner * Partners with other IT teams to ensure a coordinated effort with new technology rollouts, upgrades, or changes * Acts as an escalation point for issues to ensure they are responded to and resolved promptly * Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all computer hardware and software * Ensures adherence to IT policies and procedures * Composes and maintains technical specifications and documentation * Responsible for site-specific IT project management * Supports the business processes, data, analytics, and software applications for the manufacturing system environment * Performs other duties as assigned * Works in all types of weather and environment (Office, Mill, Recycling yard - air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned environments) * Able to lift up to 45 pounds * Available for on-call hours *Skills* Windows, Desktop Support, Windows 10, Imaging, Customer Service, Troubleshooting, Hardware, active directory, office 365, Software Support, VPN, Hardware Support *Top Skills Details* Windows, Desktop Support, Windows 10,Imaging,Customer Service, Troubleshooting, Hardware, active directory, office 365 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Ability to adapt to different environments. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
