Senior* Product Designer - Digital B2B & POC Experiences* Top Global Entertainment Company seeking Senior* Product Designer* Hybrid in LA Area Only Join a collaborative design team focused on building user-centric digital products for enterprise and proof-of-concept initiatives. As a Lead Product Designer, you'll shape internal tools and external-facing platforms that support high-impact business operations and branded experiences. You'll work across multiple projects and teams, driving design excellence from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities * Translate complex business needs and user insights into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready assets. * Apply and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms. * Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover needs, pain points, and motivations. * Facilitate design thinking workshops to guide teams from ideation to prototyping. * Create interactive prototypes using advanced Figma features including variables, conditionals, and auto layout. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams. Required Skills * Expert-level proficiency in Figma for layout, prototyping, and design system management. * Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and data-centric interface design. * Experience synthesizing information and data into clear, actionable visual representations. Preferred Skills * Experience designing enterprise software or media-related products. * Background in branding and graphic design across digital and non-digital media. * Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365. Soft Skills * User-centered mindset with a passion for advocacy through design. * Strong communication skills across visual, verbal, and written formats. * Analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from research and data. * Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity. Work Environment * Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $92.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
