The Role Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Managing Director, Major Events, ensuring efficient coordination across scheduling, communications, reporting, and event preparation. This role is pivotal in supporting operational excellence, enhancing internal alignment, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the USTA and external partners.
Manage and prioritize the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, and conference calls with accuracy and discretion. Who You Are
What We Offer The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This is a temporary, part-time position of up to 28 hours per week for approximately 3 months. The role follows a hybrid schedule and requires being in the office at least three days per week.
