Park Pointe Village is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Community Relations & Expansion Coordinator position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Rock Hill, SC.

Position Type: Full-Time; Temporary

Project Duration: This position is tied to the lifecycle of a large-scale construction project, which is currently estimated to last approximately 5-7 years.

This is a temporary, project-based role and will conclude upon the completion of the construction project. While the project offers a multi-year opportunity, continued employment beyond the project's completion is not implied or guaranteed.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new depositors, ensuring a welcoming and informative introduction to the Acts organization. You will be responsible for delivering hospitality-focused services during the initial introduction and transition process, ensuring new residents and their families feel informed, supported, and at home. This position plays a key role in coordinating communication between the sales, real estate, and operations teams, as well as responding to general questions related to the orientation process, the community expansion, and the surrounding area.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, hotel management, or a similar customer driven setting

Pay Range

$24.72 - $31.81 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
