Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will lead a team in the design and management of independent agent contractor compensation programs that competitively reward performance while being legally compliant, risk balanced, cost-effective, and in consideration of the achievement of our business units and organizational goals. You will work with internal business partners to understand compensation challenges and develop compensation program strategies and data analysis needs. You will also provide guidance and direction to the analysis of pay program data, compensation best practices, and market intelligence information used to assess competitive practices and our organization's competitive position for specific programs.
Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

Working Conditions
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one the following office location: Madison, WI 53783.
