What You Will Do as a Product Developer:

The Associate, Product Development plays a key support role, assisting in the execution of new product developments, redevelopments, and relocations for assigned brands. This role is responsible for coordinating data, tracking timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process. The Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and help maintain the integrity of product information, calendars, and systems to support efficient and timely product launches.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Accountable for all product development activities for assigned brand and/ or categories.

  • Accountable for the product development timelines and deliverables.

  • Accountable for ordering samples, timely routing of audits, approval/rejection of samples (fit, design and raw materials)

  • Primary contact for Merchandise and Sourcing PD on changes needed to existing product.

  • Accountable and makes decisions regarding fabric, color, findings, and fit, as defined by Merchandise partner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in PLM and other systems throughout the process.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for cross-functional meetings and project updates.

  • Conduct all sample activities, initiation, sample tracking, approvals, and communication between internal teams and external partners.

  • Accountable for calendar adherence and flag potential delays or issues to the Manager, Merchandise & Brand Team.

  • Support cost tracking and documentation for new and existing products.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the team's continuous improvement efforts.

  • Assist with ISO documentation and compliance activities as needed.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Product Development team.

  • Reports to and supports the Manager- Product Development

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Product Development, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Experience in product development, sourcing, or related apparel industry roles.

  • Knowledge of garment and fabric construction preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PLM systems is a plus.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.

  • Travel expected to support Supply Chain partners and product activities
