The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $88,560.00 to $110,700.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Analyst, Brand Finance is a critical role in Pernod Ricard USA organization. This role will report directly to a Finance Director, Brand Finance and is responsible for providing financial and business analysis support across an array of brands.

As part of the Portfolio Performance team, the Senior Finance Analyst will contribute to bringing financial insights and controls to all levels of decision-making and ensure we are driving profitable growth. Primary stakeholders include the wider Portfolio Finance team, the FP&A team, Commercial Finance and Brand Marketing.

What you'll do

  • Manage monthly performance analysis and commentary inclusive of internal and external trends (e.g. Nielsen, NABCA, VIP) prepared for senior management/stakeholder presentations
  • Deliver insightful analysis, diagnosing drivers of business performance (what and why) and providing actionable recommendations (so what)
  • Support financial forecasting process, providing input on volumes trends, net sales per case trends etc., based on latest available data
  • Coordinate central efforts for monthly performance deliverables with other team members to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Provide analytical support to Commercial and Marketing teams on KPI analysis for decision-making
  • Provide analytical support for business cases to support new ventures, commercial decisions, innovation and/or capital investments with support of Finance Managers / Finance Director
  • Track brands' pricing strategies and identification and implementation of revenue optimization opportunities in partnership with Revenue Growth Management capabilities & Centre of excellence

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance, business intelligence or analytics role
  • Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint & Thinkcell
  • Experience evaluating varied business KPIs and large amounts of data to produce clear financial recommendations
