What You Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license preferred.
  • EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
  • 3-5+ years of HVAC experience with commercial and industrial systems.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.



What You'll Do



  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, and DDC controls.
  • Conduct equipment inspections, rounds, and performance tests to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain and service chillers, boilers, and kitchen equipment (experience a plus).
  • Use tools, gauges, and meters to monitor BMS systems, test refrigerant systems, and ensure proper operation.
  • Diagnose root causes of malfunctions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Keep detailed maintenance logs, refrigerant inventories, and water treatment records.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Support other technicians with major repairs and assist in optimizing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including proper PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service.
