SUMMARY: The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for several areas of the overall Retail operation including, but not limited to: sourcing and fulfilling products requested by internal and external partners (including promo/premium products), performing data analysis and data entry, providing customer service through digital channels, assisting with comp merchandise fulfillment and managing special projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source merchandise and premium products for both internal and other partner-based needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with merchandise and premium product vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of merchandise and compliance with order processing and deadlines.
- Gain an understanding of what items each vendor offers and what their customization and fulfillment capabilities are, to improve ability to service internal and external partners.
- Effectively forecast merchandise needs through data analysis and communicating with internal partners.
- Assist with fulfilling comps, and sponsorship merchandise fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service through email, social, telephone, and in-person interactions as needed with the objective of meeting customer's needs.
- Oversee Game Worn/Team Issued Memorabilia business to include but not limited to inventory, sales records, and tracking. Perform authentication and certificate of authenticity as required.
- Oversee the Staff Jacket and other employee programs involving merchandise distribution and assist with operational efforts needed to improve the business.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining sales reporting documents, performing data analysis and data entry, and assisting with the creation and maintenance of training documentation.
- Special assignments and projects as business dictates

- This position has no supervisory responsibility
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of prior experience with inventory and product sourcing.
- Ability to analyze data and identify actionable deliverables.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service experience - both in person and online.
- Operations experience preferred, ideally in a warehouse and/or fulfillment environment.
- Experience with PhotoShop a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-motivated, creative thinker that is results driven.
- Traditional retail experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekend days and event days as needed.
