Role Description

The Portfolio Growth Manager will be a key member of the US Petcare Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, Portfolio Growth Strategy. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring the performance of marketing programs and promotions across the portfolio. The incumbent will blend strong analytical skills with marketing acumen, partnering closely with sales colleagues in the field to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing program measurement frameworks, analyzing promotional effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. The Portfolio Growth Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, NRM and DDS to drive data-informed decision-making. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear recommendations that enhance portfolio growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and promotions, providing ongoing performance analysis and recommendations. 35%

* Collaborate with sales colleagues in the field to ensure alignment and successful rollout of programs and promotions, incorporating feedback into program design. 20%

* Develop and maintain program measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI. 15%

* Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, NRM, DDS) to translate business objectives into actionable analytics projects. 10%

* Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of portfolio initiatives. 10%

* Partner with Therapeutic Area leads to integrate cross-portfolio initiatives into Petcare operating and tactical plans. 5%

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in analytics and marketing, applying learnings to optimize programs. 5%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field required.

* MBA or advanced degree preferred.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, marketing, or program management. Animal health preferred.

* Proven ability to design and measure marketing programs and promotions.

* Experience working with cross-functional teams and sales organizations.

* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

* Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms preferred.

* Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing strategy.

* Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

* Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Position is based in Parsippany, NJ

Travel requirement: variable, approximately 10%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,880 - $147,890 Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives
