CSR II Join our team as a Contact Center Agent to provide customer service-oriented support to inquiries regarding the Government Contracting and Business Development (GCBD) Certification Program for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for CSR II: $18.74 - $20 per hour Pay commensurate with experience.
