DISPATCH SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:
1. Responsible to safely supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in dispatching personnel and equipment to jobsites
2. Coordinate with operation supervisors need for equipment and personnel
3. Coordinate and schedule with Ready-Mix Sales Staff
4. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated,
team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.
5. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers, sales, managers/supervisors
6. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance
7. Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Over 1 year up to and including 2 years from post high school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.
2. Supervisory experience preferred.
3. GED or high school diploma or equivalent work experience
4. Experience in Ready-Mix Dispatch using Command Series preferred
