*This is a remote, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will be located in a major metro area.

The Digital Marketing Manager will support a portfolio of hotels by analyzing digital performance, optimizing online presence, and ensuring accuracy across all digital channels. This data-driven role collaborates with corporate marketing, brand, and agency partners to grow revenue and market share at the property level.

In addition to digital marketing experience, the role requires strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently.

What you will be doing?



  • Analyze and report on digital campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Serve as the lead advisor on digital and eCommerce strategies for assigned hotels.
  • Develop and execute marketing tactics including SEO, paid media, email, social media, and content updates.
  • Optimize hotel visibility on OTAs, GDS, and brand websites.
  • Ensure accurate and engaging online presence, including imagery, offers, and content.
  • Coordinate with Sales teams to support marketing to meet Group and Catering revenue goals.
  • Report and present on marketing performance to stakeholders as well as recommend and execute action plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate on website and social media launches for new or transitioning properties and advise on reputation management.
  • Champion web direct booking strategies to reduce OTA dependence and increase digital direct revenue.
  • Travel to hotels and corporate locations as needed.


Requirements:



  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital marketing agency.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing tech platforms.
  • Hospitality industry experience (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills; comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
