Hybrid Remote | Stronger Communities NY

Join a mission-driven organization where leadership, innovation, and impact intersect.

Stronger Communities NY is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Project Manager & Integration Specialist to lead complex, high-priority initiatives that shape the future of our organization. As a key partner to the CEO and executive team, you'll drive projects that strengthen systems, unify processes, and align operations across a growing human services network.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments-someone who can see the big picture, build trust quickly, and bring structure and strategy to complex challenges. You'll serve as the organizational connector, ensuring that integration, technology, and people initiatives come together seamlessly to support TFY's mission of empowering youth, families, and communities.

About Stronger Communities NY

Stronger Communities NY (SCNY) is the administrative and shared services organization supporting both The House of the Good Shepherd and Together for Youth. This position is part of the SCNY team, providing centralized human resources, finance, IT, and administrative support across both agencies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Organizational Projects: Manage and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects on time, within scope, and aligned to TFY's strategic goals.
  • Drive Integration Efforts: Oversee affiliation, system, and process integration across multiple departments to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to translate vision into actionable, measurable outcomes.
  • Champion Change Management: Lead with empathy and clarity during transitions, helping teams adopt new systems and ways of working.
  • Build a Culture of Collaboration: Promote open communication, shared accountability, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Use project management tools, dashboards, and analytics to monitor progress and support informed decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex organizational or integration projects, ideally in a nonprofit or human services environment.
  • Strong project management expertise (PMP or equivalent preferred).
  • A proven ability to lead without authority-facilitating alignment across diverse teams and priorities.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in hybrid environments and balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Why Join Stronger Communities NY

At Stronger Communities NY, you'll join a forward-thinking organization that values collaboration, innovation, and heart. We're building a trauma-informed, outcome-driven culture guided by the Sanctuary Model, where every project contributes to lasting change in the lives of children and families.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Partner directly with senior leadership to influence strategy and organizational growth.
  • Lead projects that drive systemic improvement and measurable impact.
  • Work in a flexible hybrid remote environment with a supportive, mission-focused team.

If you're a strategic thinker, natural collaborator, and operational problem-solver ready to lead transformative initiatives, we'd love to meet you.
