The Associate Specialist, Client Engagement & Experience, collaborates closely with our sales organization to support the planning and delivery of virtual and onsite Michigan client visits, serving local and global clients, Dealer partners, A+D firms, and student groups. The Associate Specialist, is responsible for helping to create engaging experiences that are tailored to client objectives and business priorities, ensuring each visit is warm, distinctive, memorable, and authentically MillerKnoll. This role works alongside sales leadership to coordinate logistics, assist with immersive experiences, and contribute to program operations that advance the Michigan Customer Experience team's objectives. This position is a hybrid role that will be in office 3-4 days per week and could be working at any of the three MillerKnoll locations in the Holland/Zeeland area.
