How you will make history here... The Senior Program Manager, Field QA leads enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen and standardize quality programs across multiple manufacturing sites. This role manages highly complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement of critical QA programs. Acting as a central liaison between enterprise QA leadership and manufacturing site QA teams, along with matrix support to Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR and Safety. The Senior Program Manager identifies systemic gaps, drives standardization, and oversees large-scale program implementation, execution, and verification. Additional responsibilities may include targeted manufacturing location oversight (i.e. peanut paste manufacture, internal ingredient manufacturing). What you will do... * Lead large, complex quality programs spanning multiple manufacturing sites and functions. * Drive standardization of QA practices, ensuring consistent execution across all plants. * Partner with site QA managers and cross-functional SMEs to identify gaps and develop best practices. * Oversee verification and monitoring processes to confirm enterprise standards are effectively deployed. * Serve as program lead for enterprise-critical initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders. * Facilitate change management, ensuring adoption and sustainability of new or revised policies. * Provide guidance to program managers and site QA leads, escalating risks and aligning execution with enterprise goals. * Develop and present program progress, impact, and recommendations to senior QA leadership and executive stakeholders. * Single point of contact and technical lead for assigned programs. Who you will work with... * Leads resolution of complex, multi-site quality challenges such as aligning multiple plants to one global standard despite differing regulatory, operational, or cultural constraints. * Anticipates systemic risks (e.g., gaps in global food safety standards, emerging compliance trends) and designs preventive solutions. * Balances competing priorities across functions (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, R&D) and manages escalations where quality standards impact business objectives. * Oversees cross-functional remediation plans for high-risk issues like regulatory observations, enterprise audits, or recalls. * Drive process improvement initiatives through coordination with departments (Supply Chain, Maintenance, R&D, Engineering) * Record of leadership and demonstrated success in collaborative development, documentation, planning, and implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems. 40-50% travel Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $131,700-$189,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
