ANALYGENCE is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support DHS. The All-Source Intelligence Analyst will support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by producing high-impact, all-source intelligence analysis focused on foreign technology acquisition, supply chain vulnerabilities, and emerging threats to U.S. national and economic security. This role involves collaboration across the Intelligence Community (IC), interagency partners, and the private sector to inform senior policymakers and operational decision-makers.



  • Apply knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and tradecraft standards to research, analyze, and author all-source intelligence products addressing foreign malign technology transfer and supply chain threats related to semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth research and assessment of critical and emerging technology supply chains, including vulnerabilities affecting U.S. industries and domestic economic resilience.
  • Co-author intelligence reports and assessments with analysts from DHS, ODNI, DoD, and other IC elements using both classified and open-source data.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop strategic insights and risk assessments.
  • Deliver briefings and provide written products to senior policymakers, agency executives, and private sector partners.
  • Provide analytical support to interagency task forces and DHS initiatives addressing technology security, supply chain integrity, and foreign influence operations.
  • Track emerging global developments in semiconductors, AI, and dual-use technologies to identify potential threats to U.S. innovation, intellectual property, and defense industrial base.
  • Support production of strategic and tactical intelligence products, adhering to IC analytic integrity standards and DHS publication guidelines.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 4+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis in a federal, defense, or IC environment.
  • Strong understanding of foreign technology acquisition, supply chain risk, and economic security.
  • Demonstrated experience with IC analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206, 208).
  • Proficiency with classified intelligence systems.
