This is a 3-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA, with the possibility of extension.
Summary The Creative Media team is seeking a Photographer to concept, capture, and produce original visual content for media products and campaigns. This role blends creative vision with technical execution to deliver high-quality imagery that supports storytelling across platforms. The photographer will work both independently and collaboratively with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to produce meaningful, culture-driven assets that engage audiences worldwide.
Our Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of experience as a professional photographer within media, entertainment, or related industries
Passion for music, culture, and lifestyle, with a strong foundation in portraiture, documentary, and studio photography
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Capture One, and Keynote, with advanced retouching skills
Deep understanding of lighting techniques, digital capture equipment, and image archiving workflows
Skilled in collaborating with creative directors, art directors, producers, and talent
Able to work independently, manage multiple shoots, and adapt quickly to last-minute changes or direction
Flexible, organized, and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
A proactive creative who stays up to date on photography trends and visual storytelling techniques
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the creation and production of original photography for media campaigns and product visuals.
You'll partner with creative directors, art directors, and producers to develop concepts, plan and execute shoots, and deliver final assets that meet brand standards.
This includes managing all aspects of the photography process-from concept and lighting setup to post-production retouching, image processing, and delivery.
You will also maintain photo archives, ensure proper file naming and metadata, and uphold the team's visual quality across all channels.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in media, entertainment, or event production environments preferred
Experience working with notable talent and in high-pressure settings is a plus
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position is $63.44 per hour.
