Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner with our client in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position and is fully onsite in Klingerstown, PA. Compensation: $80,000 - 85,000/year. TITLE: Human Resources Business Partner - (Plant) Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our manufacturing team. In this strategic role, you'll be the key HR leader at the plant-partnering with operations to build a culture of safety, engagement, and operational excellence. You'll champion HR initiatives that enhance employee performance, drive compliance, and create a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with production and business goals. Provide coaching and support to supervisors and managers to strengthen team leadership and performance. Lead employee relations efforts, resolving issues with fairness, consistency, and transparency. Promote a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Talent & Organizational Development Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Support performance management, learning, and leadership development initiatives. Use data and metrics to guide decisions and improve workforce productivity. HR Project Leadership Lead and support plant-wide HR programs related to talent development, engagement, and process improvement. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to roll out enterprise-wide initiatives. Compliance & Labor Relations Ensure full compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and internal policies. Manage labor relations activities (if applicable), including grievance resolution and union engagement. Support internal audits and drive corrective actions when necessary. Safety, Quality & Culture Champion Reinforce our commitment to workplace safety and food quality through daily practices. Identify and report risks or practices that may impact employee well-being or product integrity. Promote and model safety-first behavior and GMP compliance. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Prior experience leading or supervising HR teams is a strong plus. Bilingual in Spanish or Somali is highly preferred. Experience using HRIS/ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with labor law and compliance. Why Join?
