Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner with our client in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position and is fully onsite in Klingerstown, PA.

Compensation: $80,000 - 85,000/year.

TITLE: Human Resources Business Partner - (Plant)


Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our manufacturing team. In this strategic role, you'll be the key HR leader at the plant-partnering with operations to build a culture of safety, engagement, and operational excellence. You'll champion HR initiatives that enhance employee performance, drive compliance, and create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership




  • Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with production and business goals.



  • Provide coaching and support to supervisors and managers to strengthen team leadership and performance.



  • Lead employee relations efforts, resolving issues with fairness, consistency, and transparency.



  • Promote a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.




Talent & Organizational Development




  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.



  • Support performance management, learning, and leadership development initiatives.



  • Use data and metrics to guide decisions and improve workforce productivity.




HR Project Leadership




  • Lead and support plant-wide HR programs related to talent development, engagement, and process improvement.



  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to roll out enterprise-wide initiatives.




Compliance & Labor Relations




  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and internal policies.



  • Manage labor relations activities (if applicable), including grievance resolution and union engagement.



  • Support internal audits and drive corrective actions when necessary.




Safety, Quality & Culture Champion




  • Reinforce our commitment to workplace safety and food quality through daily practices.



  • Identify and report risks or practices that may impact employee well-being or product integrity.



  • Promote and model safety-first behavior and GMP compliance.




Qualifications & Experience

Education:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.




Experience:




  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or production environment.



  • Prior experience leading or supervising HR teams is a strong plus.



  • Bilingual in Spanish or Somali is highly preferred.



  • Experience using HRIS/ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with labor law and compliance.
